Keynote Speaker:Zeng Jianyang
Speaker Introduction: Zeng Jianyang, full professor with tenure, doctoral supervisor of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences of Tsinghua University, was selected into the "Young Overseas High-level Talents Introduction Plan". He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from Zhejiang University in 1999 and 2002 respectively. In 2011, he received his doctoral degree in computer science from Duke University. He was mainly engaged in post-doctoral research at Duke Medical School from 2011 to 2012. In 2005, he won the Best Paper Award of the International Conference PDCAT. In 2012, he was rated as Finalist for a Lane Fellowship in Computational Biology by Carnegie Mellon University; won the title of "Excellent Instructor of National "Challenge Cup" Competition for College Students". His relevant research findings have been chosen as "Top Ten Progress of Chinese Bioinformatics" in 2018 by GPB (Genomics, Proteomics and Bioinformatics), a core journal in bioinformatics. He is currently interested in computational biology, machine learning, and large-scale data analysis. He has published more than 50 papers in international core journals and conferences (the world's leading conferences of RECOMB, ISMB and AAAI in computational biology and artificial intelligence), includingNature Communications, Cell ReportCell Systems,Nucleic Acids Research, andBioinformaticsas corresponding author; andNatureas co-author. He was a member of the Program Committee in the world's leading conferences of ISMB, RECOMB, and IJCAI on computational biology and artificial intelligence.
